Portfolio is the collective record of the achievements of a student in non-academic areas over a period of time. We encourage students to maintain portfolios with the help of their teachers and to keep a record of awards, physical evidence of drawing, painting, audio record of song or play, video records of performance, opinions of teachers and peers etc. Such a record of achievement develops confidence and motivates the student to improve his performance in the field of interest.

The last Saturday of every month is the day of Parents-Teacher meet. Parents and guardians are expected to attend the meet regularly. Parents and guardian are not allowed to meet teachers and students during working hours without the permission of the principal.
The academy encourages students to take part in sports and games by incentives in the form of medals, gifts and certificates. Enticing facilities are available for in-door and out-door games. We have a spacious field to conduct annual sport events.
